Holotropic breathwork is a therapeutic technique developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof that combines accelerated breathing, evocative music, and focused bodywork to induce altered states of consciousness.
Lauren qualified as a Breathwork facilitator in 2022 as part of the Elated You program which prides itself on trauma-informed care.
Lauren creates a unique Breathwork Journey as a guided spiritual practice. Through intention setting and by bringing awareness to the chakra system (our internal energy systems) this is an investigation into our internal landscape.
This practice can have transformative impact as deep self-exploration leads to healing and self-empowerment.
