It was a pleasure as always having a remedial massage from Lauren. I always feel relaxed and she gets all the knots out of my tired body.
This was my first time having reiki and had no idea what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find so much connection and emotion to it. It was deep and therapeutic making me walk away feeling transformed and renewed in myself. I found the following days more focused and calmer/confident in myself.
