Art Workshop
Art Workshop using the chakras as a framework in which to build your own dream. Paint, sing, dance, use pen, use voice, use pain, use joy and connect in with questions and remembrances of your selves. We have many parts and I invite you to welcome them all. There are ones that come to the forefront that are eager for attention. Allow them a voice.
I will hold these workshops as a set of 7 sessions to echo the seven main chakra energy centres. However, you may want to just engage with one singular experience.
What I aspire to in this offering is a means of connection through these sessions. To bear witness to each other’s journeys. There are many resistances that often block our way so by participating on this journey these shadow-forms can be acknowledged and their powers can recede to allow more light in*
